Shipping

At Minimalist Atelier we ship worldwide from our studio in Sydney, Australia. We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders within Australia over $150. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. 

Returns

We offer returns for eligible purchases within 30 days of delivery. Sale and pre-order items cannot be returned. Your item must be in its original unused and unwashed condition with all tags attached. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend packing items securely and using tracked shipping. Kindly contact us to obtain return authorisation.

Faulty

In the rare case you receive a faulty item upon arrival, please contact us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
